This comprehensive License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the file templates provided by Premium Office Templates LTD (“Licensor”) by the user (“Licensee”). By purchasing and accessing the file templates, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the file templates provided by Premium Office Templates LTD (“Templates”) for personal purposes only. This license does not convey any ownership rights to Licensee.
